Step 1 – Submitting Your Request For corporate & special events clients, please fill out the online questionnaire using the “Request More Info” link within the “Corporate & Special Events” category to the left. For wedding clients, please explore our detailed wedding packages, pricing and portfolios using the “Wedding” link to the left, and click on “Book a Consultation” to get started.
Step 2 – Getting to Know You I’ll need to gather specifics on your needs, vision, budget, and time frame. Sometimes we can accomplish this via email, sometimes via phone, and I’m always happy to meet with Atlanta-area clients in person.
Step 3 – Choosing Ink & Paint Once I have a clear idea of your project details, I will send you a Custom Work Estimate & Custom Work Agreement (CWA) that outline the basics of the project and confirms your commitment to Ink & Paint as your designer. At this point, I require a 50% deposit of the estimate to confirm your spot in the production schedule.
Step 4 – Design & Production Once the deposit is received, I will put together 1-2 Design Options for your review, which include proposed card stock, fonts, sizes and layouts, and costs for printing, materials, and assembly (if applicable). I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with the overall execution of the design as outlined in the CWA. Once a client has approved a Design Option, production begins! You will have the opportunity to proof each piece before printing.
Step 5 – Delivery & Turnaround The remaining balance, including shipping charges, is due upon delivery of the final product. Hand delivery options are available for Atlanta clients; all other deliveries are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Ideally, I like to work 3 weeks ahead of the mailing date for single piece invitations; multi-layer invitations and ensembles generally require 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. Rush requests are considered on a per case basis depending on the current production schedule.
